Ghost Kitchens, founded by Karan Tanna, has raised $5 million in Series A funding, a mix of equity and debt. This round was led by GVFL, with participation from NB Ventures, LetsVenture, Lead Angels, and existing investors including Yuj Ventures, Dholakia Ventures, and actor Rana Daggubati
The investment will fuel Ghost Kitchens’ expansion plans, including scaling business operations, entering retail stores, and increasing its footprint. The company has made significant strides in the F&B sector with its proprietary technology, which enhances business efficiency, organic revenue, customer experience, and profitability.
Founded in 2019, Ghost Kitchens operates over 15 company-owned cloud kitchens and 1,200 internet restaurants across 40 cities in India. The company’s innovative approach to the F&B industry, coupled with its recent acquisitions like Speak Burgers, positions it for substantial growth in the coming years
